Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 July 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you send us — an email, a form, an inquiry — and the standard server logs any website keeps.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
  • Each product handles data differently. Product policies are listed below and govern those services.

Who this covers

This policy is issued by Omniapan AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, and covers our corporate websites and our dealings with visitors, customers, prospective customers, and applicants.

Our products collect different information for different reasons. Where a product has its own policy, that policy governs the product and this one covers the company. Both apply; neither overrides the other.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. Your name, email address, company, and whatever you write, when you use a contact form or email us directly.
  • Account information for customers of our services: contact details, billing details, and authentication records.
  • Server logs. IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp, recorded automatically when you load a page. Used for security and to diagnose faults.
  • Application materials, if you apply for a role with us.

We do not run advertising trackers on our corporate websites.

How we use it

To answer you, to provide and bill for services you have asked for, to keep our systems secure and functioning, to meet our legal and financial recordkeeping obligations, and to consider you for a role if you have applied for one.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to assess creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who process payments, deliver email, or supply infrastructure on our behalf, limited to what they need to perform that work.
  • Law enforcement and regulators, where we are legally required to respond.
  • A successor entity, if the company or a product line is acquired. You would be notified before your information became subject to a different policy.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and account records are kept for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards for as long as tax, financial, or other recordkeeping law requires. Server logs are kept on a short rolling window and then discarded.

Where it lives

Omniapan AI Inc. operates its own infrastructure rather than renting general-purpose cloud hosting. Data is processed in the United States and in the European Union. If you are outside those regions, using our services means your information is transferred to them.

Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. Sensitive systems use encrypted storage at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to the address below and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right not to have your personal information sold. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Our websites and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will notify affected customers directly.
